Dear OLA resident’s, staff, and families,
Unfortunately, this week’s COVID testing has found us with additional staff members testing positive for COVID 19. Families involved with residents who were exposed to these individuals have all been notified. We will continue testing all residents and staff twice weekly at this time, with our next testing being tomorrow, 02/1/22 from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm.
For questions/Concerns, please reach out to nursing administration.
Thank you, and please continue to do your best to stay safe, our residents are counting on us. God Bless!

Please call the front desk at 815-725-6631 and schedule with the receptionist. Please specify the booster manufacturer of choice so that we can share that information with the pharmacy. Thank you!

Dear OLA Community,
Unfortunately through our routine Thursday and symptomatic testing this weekend, we have had 2 residents test positive for COVID 19, as well as an additional staff member. Due to this, and as a result of the extremely high numbers in our county, we are going to ask that you refrain from in person visiting at this time. Please, for the safety of all, only visit in emergent or compassionate capacities. We will again be testing all staff and residents this Tuesday 1/11/22 and will provide more information when those results are available. Thank you, stay safe, and God Bless.

We received the results from both of our most recent staff COVID testing and are pleased to report zero positives! We are thankful for all of your hard work, dedication and prayers. We thank you for your support in our efforts to keep the OLA Community as safe as possible!
